This product is a beverage bottle. It cannot be used in microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, or dryers. Do not place near fire. Do not boil to clean. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Do not drop or subject to strong impact as this may cause damage or leakage. Do not put dry ice or carbonated drinks in the bottle as this may cause the container to expand and cause damage or injury. Do not put in too much beverage as it may overflow when closing the drinking spout part. If the lid and drinking spout part are not closed properly, the liquid inside may leak, so make sure that they are securely closed.
Please use with the silicone gasket attached correctly. When closing the lid, make sure that it is closed horizontally. Turn the lid counterclockwise, and then turn it clockwise after you feel a click to close it horizontally. After closing the lid, turn the product upside down or sideways to check that there are no leaks. To prevent any leakage, place it upright when putting it in a bag, etc. When turning the lid, make sure to hold the drinking spout part firmly in place so that it does not come loose when opening it. Due to its double structure, even if the part you touch with your hand is not hot, the drink inside may be hot, so please be careful not to get burned. Do not leave it in a car or other places where it may become hot.
Do not leave it for a long time with contents inside, as this may cause rust or the drink to spoil. To prevent rust on the stainless steel, remove dirt and moisture as soon as possible, dry thoroughly, and store away from other metals. Do not leave it in water, as this may cause rust or damage. Do not use cleansers or scrubbing pads when cleaning. Do not use chlorine bleach, as this may cause rust. If rust-like spots appear on the inside of the container, add lukewarm water and about 10% citric acid, wait 2-3 hours, wash with a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly.

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order you may return your unused and undamaged item(s) for any reason, within 30 days.
Process for returns
To return your order, simply follow the steps below:
1. Send us an email, within 30 days of receiving your order, to hello@polycurios.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
2. Send your unused and undamaged item(s) and the original packaging back to us within 30 days.
3. Seal the box securely.
4. Return at your nearest post office and send it to our return address below. The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Polycurios.
6. Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of you return.

Refund
Once we receive your returns, all item(s) will be inspected. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached.
A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including the original shipping charges. If an item is used or damaged, a refund will be refused.
The shipping costs made by the costumer to return an order, must be paid by the customer and are not covered by POLYCURIOS. Unless there was a mistake in delivery.
We will refund your order within 10 working days counting from the day we receive your order. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days to receive your return.
Exchange
If you want to exchange your order you’ll need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
